Heat therapy, also called thermotherapy, is the use of heat in therapy, such as for pain relief and health. It can take the form of a hot cloth, hot stones, heating pads, and hydro-collator packs.
The massage table is equipped with adjustable temperature settings, hot towels are used during each session for the neck, back, hands and feet. Hot stones are utilized to promote relaxation and tension relief as well.
