Techniques Used During Your Session
Every session is personalized. Techniques are selected and blended based on your goals, comfort, and how your body responds—rather than following a fixed routine or single modality.
Deep Tissue Techniques
Depth with purpose, not force.
Slower, more deliberate techniques used to address deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue while supporting mobility, comfort, and tissue response.
Trigger Point Therapy
Deliberate work where it matters.
Focused pressure applied selectively to specific areas of muscular tension to support movement and overall tissue response within a therapeutic session.
Swedish Massage
Foundational techniques for relaxation and ease.
Lighter, flowing techniques used to promote relaxation, circulation, and general comfort—often integrated with other therapeutic approaches.
Sports Massage Techniques
Movement-focused support for active bodies.
Techniques designed to support recovery, mobility, and performance based on activity level, training demands, and recovery needs.
Assisted Stretching
Guided movement to support mobility.
Therapist-guided stretching used selectively to support flexibility, comfortable range of motion, and ease of movement.
Heat Therapy
Targeted warmth, used with purpose.
Heat may be incorporated throughout sessions to support relaxation and tissue comfort, such as warm towels for the feet or heated rice packs for the neck and shoulders. Hot stones are used selectively when appropriate.
Cupping Therapy
Decompression used selectively.
Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to create decompression in the tissue, supporting circulation and mobility. Cups are applied briefly and strategically as a complement to hands-on work.
Gua Sha Techniques
Targeted surface work for tissue response.
Controlled scraping techniques applied along the surface of the skin to support tissue response and movement. Used selectively to complement deeper therapeutic work.
Aromatherapy
Subtle support for the nervous system.
The optional use of essential oils to support relaxation and sensory comfort during a session, used only when appropriate.
