Take Ten Massage was built around a simple idea: effective bodywork starts by listening. Every client comes in with different stressors, habits, and movement patterns. My job is to understand what’s going on, then tailor the work to what your body actually needs that day.

I specialize in deep tissue massage and assisted stretching. Used together consistently, this approach is especially helpful for improving mobility, easing chronic tension, and supporting recovery from work, travel, or training. I don’t follow a preset routine, and I don’t rush sessions—the work adjusts based on how your body responds.

Sessions take place in a calm, comfortable setting with a focus on thoughtful, results-driven care. Whether you’re dealing with desk fatigue, long-standing tightness, or stress that keeps showing up in your body, the goal is the same: help you move better, feel better, and stay that way.
