An extended full-body session that allows more time for thorough work with additional attention to priority areas. Ideal if you prefer a slower pace, want extra focus in multiple areas, or don’t want the session to feel rushed. Pressure and approach are always adjusted to your comfort and goals.

A focused session centered on specific problem areas such as recurring tightness, restricted movement, or recovery needs. This session stays in fewer regions to create meaningful change, with pressure and techniques adjusted throughout based on your comfort and goals.

An extended targeted session designed to address multiple problem areas or allow more sustained work where it’s needed most. The additional time supports focused techniques and mobility-based work so changes can settle and hold, with pressure always adjusted to your comfort and goals.
